While mostly working with Ken, both Ken and Marc were very good agents and treated us well. This was our first house, and my wife and I had already had bad experiences with agents before. Ken was very responsive whenever we needed his help, and we always felt that he was on our side no matter what we asked for. Anytime that we requested something from the sellers we always felt that Ken represented us to the best of his ability and never tried to tell us that what we wanted was ridiculous. In the world of agents trying to close the deal before trying to get what their clients want, my wife and I felt that Ken always had our back and we never felt that he was trying to get us to lower our demands in order for the deal to go through. Also, it was refreshing that Ken and Marc did not try to force their lenders or people they recommend down our throats.
