We've worked with them on both selling my parents' home and buying our own. They're just good peoplesss.

When selling my parents' home, they made the process easy and clean, avoided the typical open house circus, and kept pushing to get the best result possible.

When my wife and I were looking to buy, they actually told us to wait because they didn't think the market was right for what we wanted, even though that meant no business for them. Once we found a property, they helped us evaluate whether it was truly a good opportunity.

Marc & Ken were incredible. We were selling my mom's home while dealing with her health issues and trying to move her to Washington. Marc & Ken were very knowledgable about estate issues, helped with referrals to tax accounts and were very accommodating with showings. Marc and Ken showed up for every showing. We were first time homebuyers and Marc was a perfect fit. He has been in the business for over 20 years and it shows. He was able to walk us through every step of the process and answer every question (and there were a lot of them). We definitely wouldn't have found our home in this ridiculous market without his expertise and advice.

I was able to reach Marc at pretty much any time. He always swiftly returned my phone calls and was great at sending and receiving texts during my work hours when I couldn't talk on the phone. Heck, he was sending me E-mail updates at 11:00pm and sometimes even later. Then, first thing the next morning, I would already be able to talk to him on the phone. I'm fairly certain the man doesn't sleep. But that's a good thing in the LA market where everything moves lightning fast.

He was always looking out for our best interests. He never pushed us in any direction that we clearly didn't want to go in and he paid close attention to our needs.
