Marc was the most impressive realtor we had ever worked with. Selling our home was a completely difference experience from start to finish. Marc went beyond the call of duty! He didn’t just list my house for sale, but he also gave me invaluable assistance with the purchase of my new house even though the builder did not offer any broker fees. Marc was terrific showing my house during the pandemic. Then he managed the escrows for BOTH houses and even after the escrows closed he was right there to help me with a problem I had with the buyers.

The brochures and videos that Marc prepared were great and as a result my house sold quickly. The sale had many glitches that Marc handled efficiently. Marc made it all a good experience to a stressful event during a stressful time.

No escrow is without its hiccups, nothing was too much for them to handle. In these days of covid they are scrupulous about observing the rules of safety for potential buyers and their agents.
