We had lived in Tarzana for 18 years and when the time came to sell, I knew who to call. Over the years, Marc and Ken kept a visible presence in the neighborhood cruising around in their golf cart. They had knocked on our door to say hi and let us know they wanted to earn our business when it was time to sell. They were polite, friendly, and not the least bit pushy. I was impressed by how hard they worked to establish themselves as Tarzana experts. I’d see them almost daily in the golf cart during the summer seasons, even though triple-digit heat waves. During our listing, they advised on cost-effective ways to maximize appeal, provided referrals to tradespeople, met with them when we could not, and walked us through the voluminous amounts of documents required for RE transactions. Marc and Ken worked with my husband and I for close to a year. We are very picky homebuyers, and they were patient enough to go through the offer process on 3 different homes. My wife and I were introduced to Marc in 2015 when looking for a house to purchase in the San Fernando Valley or surrounding area. We were leaving my family home (and guest house in the care of tenants in the main house and my 70+ year-old mother in the guest house) to strike out on our own to start a family.

Our search eventually turned to renting and Marc found us a house to call home rather quickly. We stayed in touch as the time called once again for the expertise of Marc Tahler.

We decided to sell the home I grew up in and was raised in and family-owned since 1970. We had a lot of history with this house and we needed the right buyer to make leaving it sting a little less. From the booklet that was made in full color on heavy paper stock, to the personalized write up on Zillow with knowledge gained by sitting with my mother and listening to the history of the house she bought with my father when she was 28 – the process on Marc’s end was seamless. We had one hiccup which Marc skillfully helped us navigate and we closed on time (to the day) we were promised. Not to mention that Marc did all this with me residing on the east coast with my renters living in the main house in Reseda and my mother living in the guest house; with the prospective buyers living in Los Angeles and Texas. This couldn’t have been more complicated of a sale and Marc was there every step of the way. If I could sell more houses just to give Marc the business, I would. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

These guys own Tarzana. If you live there, then you almost have to use them in order to sell quickly and sell at the highest number possible. We tried using other agents that were good but just not familiar with the area. It did not work out. Marc and Ken jumped on board and sold the house. They are efficient, on time, courteous, and know the market.

Marc and Ken went the extra mile for me. Not only did they help sell my home but they found me a new home all within a week. Both closed within a week of each other. Fantastic!!! Besides all that, they held my hand throughout the whole process and reassured me through the whole ordeal! Love them!!!
