Demolition is near for the “Crazy Car Wash” and its adjacent falafel shop on Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana.
The L.A. City Council approved a density bonus this week for the construction of a mixed-use apartment building in its place.
City leaders gave Yarcob Investment, LLC the green light to demolish the car wash, oil-change center and restaurant at 19336-19360 West Ventura Blvd. to build four stories of 59 residential units and 8,533 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
