Tarzana Native Plant Fair, which will be held RAIN OR SHINE on Saturday, Feb. 18. If the weather is cooperative, the event will feature live music including: Tracy Newman, Wendy Waldman, Craig Lincoln, 12-Gauge Wire and McGrane & Wallace. They will also have plant sales and giveaways, plant and native-plant based food demonstrations, watercolor workshops, seed bomb and planting stations, free landscaping advice, educational talks, and information booths hosted by our native plant partners, including: The Santa Monica Mountains Fund, California Native Plants Society, Tree People, Theodore Payne Foundation, Tataviam Land Conservancy, Friends of the LA River, Resource Conservation District and Metropolitan Water District. There will also be representatives from the Tarzana Neighborhood Council and our local city councilmembers’ offices.
