Renderings by Bica Architects show four-story homes with roof decks, two-car garages, and three bedrooms apiece, leaning into modern infill that maximizes space without sprawling into the neighborhood. The proposal would use provisions of SB 684 to streamline approvals for the townhome-style project, speeding its path through the planning process. Just a block east, the city is also moving forward with plans for a 75-unit affordable housing development on Dickens Street, signaling broader momentum for thoughtfully scaled housing in the area.
