Our sale was handled primarily by Marc, and I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail – which, when you’re selling LA real estate (and the prices are so high) are VERY important things. Marc was armed with a ton of comps and knowledge of the area since they’d sold other homes nearby, so he impressed us right out of the gate. And the sale was incredibly smooth – they had a broker’s open the first weekend of the listing, 8 additional showings over that weekend, and by the beginning of the next week we had 3 offers. Obviously, your mileage may vary, but it was quite impressive; and we got an exceptional price for the property. I’ve bought/sold half a dozen other homes and investment properties, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t HESITATE to recommend him and Ken!

Marc checks of all the “must haves” of an great agent: of course, Marc knows everything possible about real estate transactions (in fact, he regularly finds errors other agents make). Of course, he’s smart, patient, trustworthy, and resourceful (he’s got a “guy for that” for everything!). And, of course, he’s has an easy going personality.
But, that’s not what makes him great. What makes him great–and the best agent I’ve ever known–is his no-compromise-100%-advocate-for-his-client mindset coupled with his almost impossible to believe dedication and client service orientation. If you text Marc at 1am, he’ll text you right back. If you email him, he’ll email right back. And, he’ll talk to you as long as you need him — even if you need a counseling session (did I mention he’s part shrink?!). Marc is on your side, period.
